Fine and fairly clean brand-new hotel. Functional, modern rooms provided with handicap access, a mini fridge. Excellent service throughout the property. The pool was clean, comfortable to sit around.

I can't think of anything good to say.
We were awakened by the sound of someone trying to break into our room at 6AM. My 14-year-old son was terrified and we had to call the police, who arrived very quickly It turns out that the person trying to break into the room was from the front desk. He never announced himself and after the police arrived, he accused us of being in the room illegally, even though they had signed documents from us at the front desk and a reservation from the internet. The front desk attendant seemed to be psychotic or suffering from some level of mental illness or extreme stupidity. I'm not a mental health professional, so I can't say which for certain. I have never experienced such bad treatment at a hotel in my life. We will not be returning to this hotel chain and will be bringing legal action against them for monetary damages and the psychological injury to my son. We were so shaken by the experience that we packed up and left immediately and didn't stay for breakfast, so we got very little value for our money.

I did not like that a fellow travelling with us walked in and booked a room for $84.00 a night when I paid $103.20 booking through book it I expected to get a fair deal from Bookit and did not end that way.

Easy to get back on the freeway
Dark hallways, no elevator, location was away from good restaurants, parking lot was not well kept

Rooms were too cramped. Breakfast area was cramped and full, nowhere to sit. Floors were creaky, walls were paper thin, just like a Super 8.

New build so in excellent condition. Room was large king and very clean. Had very good accessible ramp down from foyer to accommodation floor.
Very small breakfast room through which was the path for the accessible ramp. The breakfast selection was also very limited.

Breakfast was ok and bed was definitely comfortable. Liked that it was very new.
Needed more space for breakfast as people were standing and eating.

Great value, comfy and friendly staff.
An additional breakfast room would increase the number of tables. For me it was ok to wait 5 minutes.

It was just a fitting option for shopping in Gillette with high value for money. The staff was friendly and helpful . Be prepared for some noise from adjacent rooms.

A comfortable room and bed were all that we needed. Scrambled eggs, bagels, waffles, juice, etc. made the morning better.
Inattentive management was evident in small details such as dead flowers at the entrance, no salt or pepper for the breakfast.
